We've had problems since day 1. Nothing is ever fixed prperly. They make up excuses for every problem that you have. My son's room stays cold. This winter I finally had enough and had to call the main office to complain. My bathroom toilet leaks. I noticed a stain and reported it. The maintanance guy said it was from our rugs. I know the difference between staining from rugs and urine. The sink has been "fixed almost 10 times. They never do anything right until you go act act psycho with them. And our new neighbors keep leaving trash outside of their door, which I hate. Even in our contract it says not to do that. My husband went to dicuss their smelly trash situation and the lady told him it's because she didn't have a man there. What a lame excuse. I had to go over there and act a fool to get them to say something to the woman. When I see people looking at the apartment model. I want to say so badly "Don't do it." Everything people have said is true. And why do they have that stupid sign that says clean up after your pet if they don't enforce it. But they'd surely enforce that lease if you tried to break it.
