I just renewed my lease and I'm sorry I did. I was pretty much satisfied the first year, I'm not home alot so I had no idea. Twice now I've come home after being gone a few days to my apartment being flooded from water leaking from the apartment above me. When I call emergency maintenance I just get a recording and I never hear back from anyone. I leave for work early in the morning and it's hard for me to be back before the office closes but that's what I have to do if I want to get action. My problem now is this wonderful gate that seems to be working (except for me). My card won't open it....when I stopped by the office the other day the manager told me that it needed to be reprogrammed and assured me that it would work now. I leave town for a few days and come home tonight and guess what....it still doesn't work. So, I have to wait for someone else to open the gate so I can go home. This is very frustrating since I'm just getting home from a long trip. Do I not deserve to be able to get in since my rent is always paid on the first of the month, I don't cause any problems, my apartment is always neat and clean...am I asking too much '
The funny thing is I decided on The Registry because of the good ratings..haha.
