I lived here for about a year and a half, and this place went downhill the entire time. It at first didn't seem all that bad, but once the guy with the sound studio moved in below me, it was difficult to even think in my own home. I had pipes that would bang loudly every time you flushed the toilet or turned on the water. It got so bad and was doing it even without turning on any water. I ended up timing it, and this would happen around every 11 seconds. It took about 3 months for anything to be done about it after repeated requests. Then the person above me apparently had problems with their air conditioner, and water leaked all over my floor. There were puddles outside my bedroom that I had to slosh through. I had to move furniture so that it wouldn't ruin. My carpet was never cleaned or anything, and this also took several complaints. The pool was terribly overcrowded. The children there were completely rude and unsupervised. Don't expect to get past any of them when the bus lets them off because they'll span the entire road, look back at you waiting on them, and just continue to walk in the middle of the road. By the time I moved out, I had started feeling completely unsafe getting out of my car at night. I worked sometimes until 3 AM (I'm a nurse), and there were always random people out in the parking lot. Apparently there is some kind of deal they have with the water company because after I moved out, I received my check back from the water company that I had sent in to pay my last bill. I had assumed that I had already paid in full and that this was just extra. Today, I received a letter from a collection agency saying that I owed the Registry $9.57, apparently for this water bill. After calling and speaking with someone about why my excellent credit is potentially being ruined over NINE dollars, I was told that I should have received a letter (which I did not) and that this was just protocol. No phone call, no 2nd notice, NOTHING. Even the girl at the collection agency said she thought it was completely ridiculous to turn someone in over such a small amount. So 8 months after moving out, I am still having to deal with this freaking place. Take my advice, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
