The Registry of Wolfchase is poorly maintained and like any apartment living one must expect to put up with some very questionable and disruptive conduct of other residents. We thought about reporting the two black men (one who lives here) to management and the police department, but thought better of it due to the high level of violence prevalent in the Memphis area.
The individuals committed a Class C Misdemeanor as covered by T.C.A. 39-17-305 (a)(3)(2003). They would also be potentially cited for Vandalism T.C.A. 39-14-408
Acts of vandalism are to be valued according to the provisions of T.C.A. section 39-11-106(a) (36) (2003).

So, i mean really why wouldn't you want to report this to management? And with your description why does it always have to be two black males? Why couldn't you have said two males? And as a current resident at The Registry they are always kids not just black not white but kids, riding bikes, enitrely to fast thru the driveways! And this has been reported to management! And residents and vistors driving reckless too!
