Okay people, I lived there for about a year and let me tell you the truth. When I first moved in it was cool, the overall complex was nice and the location to the area stores...perfect. But man oh man, when I got into the last part of my lease everything started going downhill. The water main for the entire complex would bust. The water for the whole complex would get shut down. The power would go out mysteriously and then come back on. The gate that we were hoping to have for our safety was always open and the gym equipment was always broke. They tried to do better before I left but in all honesty the standard is just changing and the area is changing as well. If you're bothered by noise make sure you're on the third floor...yeah I know it sucks, but it's true. If you don't you'll experience the rumbling for yourself...trust me. If you pay for covered parking be prepared to keep the towing service on speed dial. The residents don't care. They'll park in your space any day, anytime. The management was not that rude, as much as they were absent minded at times. The good side to everything is...if you have to call the police, they'll show up on time and the towing service doesn't play either. I would only advise staying here, if you want to be really close to Germantown Speedway and the mall. Peace and Happy Holidays!
