We've lived in our apartment on the ground floor for 1.5 years. Recently, the management has changed and all the good staff members have been replaced. This is so sad! The current staff is rude and condescending and anything but helpful. The maintenance staff is the best thing going for this place, as they are friendly and helpful - and hardworking! It's not their fault the dumpster keeps getting overloaded, especially when people put things in there that don't belong that has to be fished out later - like washers, dryers, cribs, refrigerators!! We did have a problem with a maintenance guy coming into our apartment without cause several times, but it was because the office staff gave him the wrong apartment number! This happened more than once.

Anyway, we will not be renewing our lease. Parking is a nightmare, but covered spaces and garages are WAY over-priced. There are no assigned spots, and too many "overnight guests" that take resident parking, if you know what I mean. Besides that, nobody here knows HOW to park their oversized vehicles.

Unattended kids run around everywhere wrecking grills, gym equipment, volleyball nets, etc. We've had to call security several times for destructive behavior. The kids get on their scooters and bikes and ride through the hallways, knocking people down and knocking on random doors just "for fun."

There are also a lot of pets around. We were told of a dog restriction when we applied, but our two dogs were small enough to get the lease. Of course, our neighbor has a big pit bull that she can barely hold on her leash, and there's a guy in the next building with a 200 lb. dog. So, don't believe the pet restriction. They'll let anyone in!

The first year we lived here was okay. These last few months have been terrible. The water is cut off WAY too often and for WAY too long. And I should mention the water is not MLGW - it's ISTA. It tastes horrible!! The location isn't that great, either. The traffic has gotten terrible in the last year, and there's no one direction anywhere except Wolfchase mall. You'd better be fond of back-roads if you want to live here.

ALL OF THIS IS SOOO TRUE!!!! I HAD TO ASK THE KIDS TO STOP THROWING THEIR BALL AND HITTING CARS IN THE PARKING LOT!!! THEY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS A ALIEN!!! AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT AWARE OF THE TOWING COMPANY HIRED TO TOW YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT CAUSE!! DID YOU KNOW THAT THEY HIRED EJ FROM A LOCAL BARTLETT TOWING COMPANY TO STICK AN AIR GAGE IN YOUR TIRE TO MEASURE THE AIR!!! THEN IF HE FEELS THERE'S NOT ENOUGH AIR HE WILL TOW IT!!! AND YOU WILL PLAY THIS LITTLE GAME WITH HIM OF GETTING YOUR CAR BACK WHEN HE IS AVAILABLE! AND BELIEVE ME IT'S NOT A REGULAR BULIDING IT'S A TRAILER IN A DEAD IN OFF OF ELMORE ROAD!!!!! AND YOUR LUCKY IF YOUR CAR ESCAPES ANY DAMAGES FROM HAVING IT TOWED BY A PUT TOGETHER TOW TRUCK!!!!! I EVEN CALLED ACTION NEWS 5 ON THIS GUY!!!!
