My family lived here for 1 year. The apartments are safe and they have the same problems as any apartment does. But the management and safe now!! are always so rude. I thought that when you wanted to work and recieving a check for your work, then the common sense thing to do would be, work!!!!DUH. These girls act like you have cut their throats when you ask them to do something. They do not return phone calls, their memory sucks. ALCO should hire someone that wants to work. Please, please please check out their team before moving there. You will have to deal with them, you will need something. A light bulb, bug spray, mail packages, paperwork....something. They will respond on their own time and will get an "Attitute" with you.

For what they offer in the apartments, you can find a better deal. The trash dumpster does overflow and the gate works 50% of the time. Their are bugs and spiders (but they will be everywhere). Parking is okay, my neighbors were very noisy, the grounds were clean, it appeared to be safe (or the management probably did not report any incidents), the apartments have not been upgraded). Overall.....these apartments are not worth over 700.....

I now live in Collierville, paying less.....they have much more to offer and friendlier and professional staff members.

Please check out the Registry before you move there. The negative postings are true...All aren't but most are.

i agree sam or samantha needs a serious atitude adjustment!!!! ughghgug!! SHE LOOKS AT YOU LIKE YOU HAVE THREE HEADS!
