Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
When I first looked at the apartment I told management that I may have to move for my job. So we went over all the fees associated with this.
HOWEVER when I went to sign the contract I again questioned all the fees associated with possibly having to move for my job. It turned out that what management had told me the first time was FALSE.
So there I was sitting at desk ready to sign papers when management throws me a curve, but I signed the contract anyways. I was not happy about having to make a split second decision regarding something very important in my life involving my job.
I think that management made a truthful mistake but there was a possibility that they lied to me so I would just sign.
This was the only bad experience I had at the Registry and everything else has been PLEASANT.
I recommend the apartment complex for the value, not bc it is such a great place to live in.
I do not plan on renewing my lease.
