I lived at the Registry from Feb 07 to Feb 08. I liked the apartment because it was nice, it wasn't a dump where I felt liked I lived in the ghetto. It was clean and the fixtures were all up to date. I never really felt unsafe. I had plenty of parking but I lived in the back of the complex near the tennis courts. I think there was more parking offered over there than some of the other places. My neighbors were pretty friendly and quiet. Now the bad stuff, first off, I really didn't like the girl at the office I had to deal with. Her name was Samantha. She isn't working there anymore so you don't have to worry about her. She was really rude everytime I tried to talk to her. When I informed them of my 60 day notice, she wasn't in so I told the manager. When Samantha called me to talk about renewing my lease, I informed her that I put in my notice and she got mad and was very rude. Next, don't expect the gates to ever work. That didn't bother me. People are just reckless and break them. You can't expect the managers to fix them everytime someone rams the gates with their car. It's just too expensive. Get over it! Another problem was, my neighbor who lived above me was very very dirty. He would pile his trash on his balcony until it just couldn't hold anymore, then he would back his truck up into the yard to toss the trash over the balcony into the back. It smelled horribly! Like a dead body or something! I complained but it didn't really do any good. Because of that I had a MAJOR fly problem. I couldn't seem to get rid of the flies! There would be like 20 or 30 in my house all the time around my balcony door and window! I could barely hear my neighbors through the walls, that was a good thing. The only thing that made me feel unsafe was the fact that the apt complex apparently allowed soliciting. I would have kids come knock on my door wanting me to buy magazines from them. I didn't care much for that. The pool was always crowded. They only have 1. My apartment always stayed warm without me having to turn my heat up much. I had lots of cabinet space. Ceiling fan in the living room. My apartment was dirty when I moved in, really dirty! As long as you right every little thing thats wrong with your apartment when you move in, even little knicks in the walls, you shouldn't have any problems when you move out. They fixed nearly everything that was wrong. they even replaced the light bulb in the oven. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Dear Readers, In response to the following review I am the member of the office staff the "anonymous" writer was speaking so horribly about and I would like you to hear me out. I am very disappointed that I made anyone feel disrespected and I am very sorry. First, I would like everyone to know... I sincerely was not trying to be rude to anyone. I am very sorry if the previous resident took offense to anything I said or maybe didn't say? There are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes that people don't always understand. This particular office was very, very, and I mean VERY busy office with over 510 residents. In my time working at The Registry the office was short staffed leaving me with the entire workload until we could find replacements. I was doing the best I could in the situation I was in....I guess I wasn't always as friendly as I should have been due to the amount of work that had to get done for the entire community. In my defense at the end of the day...ALOT more of the residents were happy with my performance and were very understanding of the situation.. than were upset that I wasn't as friendly as I could have been. I am sure that even this former resident benefited from my hard work on more than one occasion, but only remembers the one incident. It is very unfortunate and disheartening that no one gets on this site to write about all the good things you do .....and for that I am truely sorry. With my sincere apologies, Samantha
