Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
this complex seemed one of the best in cordova but after I started living here, my thoughts totally changed. the office staff is friendly till you sign the contract. maintenance turnaround is never even a week! office does not pick up phones and does not call you back after you leave voice mails. my neighbor living upstairs has 3 kids living in a 1 bedroom apartment and some nights i woke up just because they are running all over the place. the only positive thing I can think of is the layout of the apartments, they are really cute. but i do not recommend this complex to anybody.
