I had a positive experience while living at the Registry at Wolfechase. I signed a 6 months lease, and had I not moved out of town I probably would have renewed my lease. The apartments are really cute. Good layouts. The grounds are well kept, but the back isn't as well kept as the front, still it's clean and neat. I believe the walls are fairly well insulated. I lived below a family with young children, and I rarely heard them so that was good. I liked being so close to the grocery, the mall, and the interstate. I also liked that it was tucked far enough away from Germantown Parkway that it was quiet, and peaceful. You couldn't really hear the traffic even though it's a busy road. Good prices too.
