Rockcreek spares no expense when it comes to keeping up their apartments. The tennis court has been locked up for about a year and a half due to a crack on the court so don't plan on playing any tennis here. When they repaired the stairs they just put a few concrete(grey) steps down and left them that way (the other steps are stone with green trim, so it looks very tacky). I have woken up about 6 times in the last 6 months to find out that the water doesn't come on, so hope you don't have anything important to do that day. The washer and dryer in the kitchen are very loud and don't even match.
