I have lived and worked for several management companies besides Stonebridge Crossing (Formerly Gables Stonebridge) and I wanted to say they are great!! There are not many management companies that will let you out of your lease with just a 60 day notice and a 1 month break fee. Most will charge you until someone else re-rents your apartment which guess what' They don't try to lease your apartment first like some apartments across the street!!! But I have always had a great expierience from the office staff who are very attentive and always quickly responds to maintenance request. The only problems that I have had since I have lived there are some of the children that lived by me. The parents don't supervise them and they run wild. Which any children will do. If parents don't want to take care of their children then they don't need to have them.But I did want to say that their are two very nice girls in the office that always help me the one manager is really cool and always knows who you are when you walk through the door, and there is the cute girl who is the leasing person she is nice and will always help you if you ever have a problem. So over all my expirience at SC was a great one. I recommend it to everyone!!
