This was my first apartment to live in, and for a first apartment it was great. I am not renewing my lease because I want a bigger apartment. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, but it is only 900 square feet which is really small for a two bedroom. We had an amazing special, which was the main reason why we moved in.

The floorplan is rather boring. The only thing I like about it was the walk thru kitchen. The master bathroom is absolutely terrible. There was no room for both my husband and I to get ready together. You literally open the door to the bathroom and the toilet is right there. I had to get between the vanity and the toilet to close the door and I am a small woman. So we used to the guest bathroom which was three times bigger.

I had a lake view, which was great especially during the summer. It was awesome to look out at the lake from my window. All the apartments have fireplaces, which is great, but we never used it, so it just took up more space.

The community is noisy, which is why we want to move. The people that lived above us had 3 kids in a two bedroom apartment and they ran constantly. At two in the morning, I could hear people yelling around the lake.

We could also hear whenever someone flushed the toilet or took a shower. The water pipes run down a wall in the living room/kitchen area, so it is quite noisy.

Overall, they are good apartments, but I knew that I didn't want to renew my lease within a month of living there.
