I lived here about 5 years ago, and loved it. ONLY complaint that I had back then was the Dog Poop. There was a place that some others and myself called Dog Poop Alley. Well, looks like the whole place is Chuck-Filled with it.

Now, I'm back. Almost a year up, and I CAN NOT WAIT to get out of here. It's my fault, I didnt ride through enough before making a decision. I didn't read any sites like this. Nothing.. just based it on my past experiance.

Love my view of the little lake here. Fountain doesnt work alot it seems. There is some round Concrete thing, and kids are constantly going inside it. Omg.. I have had to call the Memphis Police 3 times since I have been here guys! NOT ONCE did they even show up! Domestic Disturbance! People walking around with GUNS! Fighting out in the parking lot. Gates NEVER EVER WORK. Ants, Spiders galore. Moved in with fresh paint that wasnt dried. Said.. New Carpet, but it had stains. Guess I will be blamed for that. Rude staff.. well, not all the time. They can be nice, but, I hear.. "I dont know". Dont give an inch on any information that you need. They got rid of the nice guy that was here when I moved in. Guess he was too professional. Mean manager. They act like they are doing you a favor for LETTING you live here. Leaks, apartment dirty at move in. I really like the layout of the apartment, but, 5 years ago it was much nicer and the management was the bomb. Now,.. they treat thier tenants like pests.

Thanks Stonebridge for making me see the light! Can't wait to move elsewhere. Counting the Days - Hours - Minutes.
