Stonebridge crossing should just shut down. They should tear the entire complex down and start over to fit this century. We haven't even been there a month and had so many problems. Our carpet is stained from the previous occupants, who must have had a pet that pooped everywhere. Sometimes we even feel that there fleas are on us. We woke up with so many insect bites on our bodies. And they probably leave things dirty and broken to collect money at the end of the lease by claiming that the apartment wasn't like that. The bathroom vent fell on my head, the towel hanger was broken, the plug outlet was loose, one window didn't have a screen, the ice maker didn't work, plumbing is rusty, the tub fills with water in one second (gross!) the neighbors always leave their trash in front of the doors, roaches, spiders, flies, and ants, and there's a constant stench inside the apartment that we can't get rid of. And let's not forget the ever not so friendly staff in the leasing office. How dare you speak to me with an attitude when I complain about your screw ups.

The gym is never opened and the machines don't work!! It's a lame excuse for a gym. My old closet is bigger. The bathrooms in there are very filthy,also. The swimming pools are joke. I had a kiddy pool that was more fun.

The fellow tenants' Quick rundown...loud, obnoxious, unfriendly, kid infested, turning into ghetto-town. The tenants who have pets and walk them around the complex leave their pets' poop all over to be stepped on.

I wouldn't mind the ridiculous layout design of the apartment if all these things didn't happen in less than 2 weeks.

I'm sure I will be breaking my lease.
Don't live here!

Ohhhhh I totally agree! These apartments are from hell! I only wish I would have went with my first mind which was to get the hell out of here back in January!

we moved in recently and could not agree more. I had to tear apart and meticulously clean the dishwasher after seeing it infested with roaches and other assorted solids and filth. The in-n-out noise from the buzzer and track is too loud. Our refigerator is running at about 55 F! Don't step in the grass unless you like poopy shoes. The neighbors seem nice, so far, but there is definitley a ghetto vibe developing. If they don't attract better tenants, the place will be a section 8 reject pit in no time.
