During our one year lease at Stonebridge we saw the garbage pile up at the compactor every single weekend. We were so embarrassed we never wanted to have guests over because the compactor was right next to our building. There were times when my husband would go out and clean up the mess himself. I am talking about EVERYONES trash just piled and piled until it looked like a garbage dump. The fitness room was never in working order. We were rarely able to enjoy the pool due to it being filthy or it was not a suitable environment for children. There were times when we had to leave the pool because of excessive partying or nudity. I don't mean a thong bathing suit, I mean topless girls with guys taking pictures with their cellphones. Our tires were also slashed along with many other residents. This was a $900 expense that the complex refused to help us with. That was absolutely the last straw. We moved and are much happier. We complained about all of the above and according to friends who still live at Stonebridge, nothing has changed. ps the security gate never worked the entire time we lived at Stonebridge

I totally understand what you're going through. I used to live there and my sister still does. The complex is infested with irresponsible, careless, loud, obnoxious tenants who have no respect to others who are living there. The management office is aware of all this and the fact that they do nothing to rectify it is beyond my understanding. They should be taken to court because it creates a hostile environment for those who want a peaceful living in what should have been a great area. Unfortunately I blame them as one of the contributants to the detrioration of the neighborhood.
