When lived there my trucked was towed without cause and the property manager was rude and would not assist me in getting it back. Superior Towing towed my truck from handicap space despite the handicap tag hanging in the window. My truck was broken 3 times. My neighbors cars were vandalized. The day I moved out my apartment was broken into. I decided to move because of the trash compactor nver working trashed filled the roads, their fitness center was vandalized about 2 months before I moved in and during my year there was never reopened. If it wasn't vandalized it just wasn't maintained by the landscape crew. The grassy areas were full of dog ---- and trash. I had to go get a PO Box because they never repaired the mailboxes after kids riped the doors off. The mailboxes had been busted opened for about 6 months at the time I left. No clue if they ever repair them. The back gate never worked so it just remained opened. To this day it is like that. I still go over there to visit a friend who is eagerly awaiting a chance to move herself. The maintence staff was lazy as hell. They never came out to fix things. My hot water heater kept flooded my livingroom. Rather then replacing it they would come out to repaint the base boards so that the mildew and black mold was less noticeable. They came out atleasr once a month due to the hot water heater. My window seals leaked...they never fixed them I just had to do without curtains. and the office management was rude, halfwit and poorly organized. I would definately not recommended this property to anyone. Oh and beware of there so called specials my rent jumped up on me from 895 to 1095 so basically they knew where to stick it.

Second that but if it wasn't for the long night standing watch over over cars my roomate and I would have never met the girl across the street from me. We had many drunken nights hanging out in her stairway with other neighbors in her building on Morning Trace. So despite the conditions and poor management. There are fond memories of coming together as neighbors, getting rowdy, and getting drunk. The office wouldn't listen to our complaints but we listened to each other and new friendships were formed. Our own little neighborhood watch since the management was crap.
