This place is simply AWFUL. Have lived here 7 months and cannot wait until my year lease is up. I ignored these reviews when I first moved in because the apartments seemed nice. I wish I hadn't! There have been 4 robberies in the 7 months I haved lived here. Last week, the rent drop box was burglarized. Fortunately, my rent was not in there but we received a letter saying the residents that had their rent stolen in the drop box would still be responsible for rent. These people are rude. The fitness center is inoperable and nasty. The pool is filthy. The garbage still piles up every week. I have water leaking from somewhere upstairs and maintenance continued to just paint over it. Do yourself a favor and do not end up stuck here.

I AGREE! I had to move from one 1 bedroom (because of spiders and major mold that was painted over) to another. In this one, the neighbors below me are unruly and disgusting. They smoke inside their apartment and it comes up through the vents. I contacted the office staff and was told there was nothing they could do... ALTHOUGH, at least my lease says no smoking inside the apartment. Back to the spiders, I had to call 4 times before someone came and sprayed, THEN one of the girls (who is no longer there) told me they were wolf spiders, not brown recluse spiders. REALLY? DOES IT MATTER??! The mold in my closet was addressed by the maintenance people coming out a month later (after I called 7 times). They said they would have to cut the wall out. I resulted to taking live spiders in a sealed container to the office and throwing a fit. They finally agreed to move me. In the new apartment, the toilet was broken and wouldn't flush without MAJOR force (I'm talking about all your weight on the lever to get a "half-flush"... how embarrassing for company!)Trash piles up outside of my apartment on a regular basis. Disgusting. The maintenanece team is usually riding around on their carts smoking and joking with other smoking and joking residents. Two days ago, there was a MAJOR drug bust in the building across from me. I've been here a year, and I've seen that happen a handful of times. If you decided to live here, you just better hope you don't have an emergency. It won't be resolved unless you are on the management's schedule. It just won't be address (unless, of course, you throw a fit!) Living here is a BAD BAD idea. It's only getting worse!
