Although affordable the service commitment or expectations are not met. The main (party) pool remains clean but the family pool is nasty. The hot tub is always out of order. They move young party animals above families. Gates are always open. Many car thefts have occured. Ground keeping' They plant flowers is all. Never trim bushes, never clean parking lots (Watch out for all the beer bottle glass!). Apartment maintainence is what you would call rigging. Nothing is ever truely fixed. Some of the office associates are helpful and go above and beyond, the majority are snotty and unprofessional (especially to children).
