I am almost done with my first year at the Gables. I must say when I first moved in it was great friendly staff, quiet, safe. In the last 5 months it seems they are giving the places away. Red Necks are everywhere. Beat up cars, fights outside my door, kids vandalizing, and drunks giving you crap as you walk to your apartment. Not to mention with 7 people living in a two bedroom you imagine parking just doesn't exist. Don't get locked in to a year lease at this place it is going down hill fast.
