We moved here because it was cheaper than our last place. There are "water bugs" (roaches) all over. Unsupervised kids running around at all hours. The grounds are full of garbage, the ponds are nasty. No one picks up after their dogs and neither does the staff. I would NOT recommend this place unless you just want somewhere cheap. We feel safe there - that is not the issue, it is just old, dirty and not kept up.
