I have NEVER lived in a place so horrible. My neighbors are constantly complaining about my dog simply because they don't like big dogs. I have 2 and they have complained that I have 4, one of which is a pitbull. I have a boxer and a dachshund. The management couldn't care less about maintenance problems. My dishwasher was broken for months before they fixed it. The landscaping is horrible. I had thousands of ants living in the rotten wood of one of the window frames-but maintenance never even came to look at it. My mother had to kill them herself. I had a roach fall on me from the ceiling within the first week I was there. The gates are NEVER closed. I've only had to use my passcard a couple of times. I could go on and on. To sum it up, I wouldn't recommend the Grove at Trinity Pointe (formerly Gables Cordova) to my worst enemy. I'm counting the days until I can get the heck out. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
