Not the best but not the worst

I like the inside of my apartment. I have not had any problems with Maintenance. When I call with a problem they usually fix the problem that day and I really appreciate that. I moved in with a very good special when I moved in initally. $100 off for 12 months! I could not pass it up. When I first moved in there was a reward for paying the rent early. You could get $150 off your rent if they pull your name. But now since management has changed to The Grove that doesn't happen anymore. And I don't like the way the outside of the buildings look. With the sidings and all of the units being different colors.......
