Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I moved in under a great special also but when it came time to renew the first time I got my carpets cleaned as a special! When it came time to renew the 3rd time I got NOTHING not even a thank you and my neighbors have gotten discounts for renewing. I pay my rent on time every month don't complain a lot even when one of the pools didn't work for most of the summer. Now that is time to renew for the 4th time I am thinking against it! The place over all is starting to look really trashy!
