It is a nice area tho they do raise the rent much higher than most places each time u renew. I have not had any problems with "drug dealers". Hopefully I wont ever. The gate is a joke and I think that is why we pay so much n rent-to keep it repaired. The office staff has been pleasant. Neighbors...well thats what happens when you live in a complex. Parking is ok. I do not live on a busy side of the complex. Hopefully things will get better as far as renatal prices. I see people move in and a few months later they are moving out. That can not be good for business. Really wish people with pets would clean up after them when walking aroung the grounds.

That's a fair evaluation. Finally, someone just being honest. When I left they were raising my rent $147.00 to renew. The woman downstairs tuffed it out for another year with a rediculous increase but then moved when another rediculous increase was proposed. Funny thing, the guy across from her was collecting unemployment so the office agreed not to raise his rent at all. The two of us were a little miffed at that to say the least. As if money came easily to both of us but no problem letting him slide. I loved the area, but it became a nuissance to deal with the broken gate, the kids breaking into the pool at all hours of the night to party, cars racing through the private streets, burglaries, etc... I'm so happy where I am now. Peaceful as a cemetary, wonderful neighbors, and $270.00/mo cheaper for the same sized apartment with 2 beds and 2 baths. (full eat-in kitchen as well along with covered parking). The Grove seemed dazzling and luxurious when I first moved in there but that wore off come renewal time. It felt like being decietfully extorted for a rate increase!
