I am just waiting for my lease expire.
Two reasons:
1- Staff is not helpful. They are nice to you until you sign up. Manager at the lease office is a very mean person. She treats you as if you are working for her! I am the customer for God's sake, not her employee!! She almost hung up on me on the phone during a discussion on the phone.
2- Safety. This place is not even safe for $900!! Automatic gates have always been a problem and always wide open.

As to #2-I agree the gates are wide open and the crime is on the rise. I have lived there 3 years and I was broken into in July 2006-I would move if I could afford it.
