I moved into the Reserve because it is one of the nicer Apt. communities in the Memphis area or so I thought. The staff has been great if I have any problems there here within a day and they took several trips to fix my ice maker but never gave up and followed up with calls and visits till it was fixed.
My problem is in the people that live here.
Althought cooking on your balcony is against local law and you sign a piece of paper stating you will not do it. That doesn?t keep the people below me from FILLING my APT and ruining my furniture with there BBQ smoke. This has been an ongoing battle with multiple violations.
I can smell the guy next door to me chain smoking cigerettes thru the walls.
Parking is horrible and half these people don?t live here. There is a car that has not moved and has a flat that is parked close to the building taking a valuable spot.
The controlled access gates are a joke. They work half the time.
The mail man is a jerk that shoves your mail into the box and breaks and bends your mail.
The garbage stays stacked at the dumpster on the gound and stinks.
Not what i expected for the amount of money i spend each month. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
