Started out good and went down hill

We moved here in 2002. Very excited and was very pleased with everything. The longer our stay the worse it has become. We planned on staying for many years ahead but have decided to move at the end of our lease.
All the bad reviews are true and honest. We have had to contact police about underage drinkng parties being held in the "no one allwed after 10 pm."areas. Loud people walking the lake at 2 in the morning yelling. Parking issues....if you pay the big bucks for covered parking and someone else parks in your spot nothing is done about it and it is like you should just not make a issue out of it. Why pay for something that no one will enforce their policies. Signs that say they will tow at owners expense. Thats a joke!! The pool was a pure drunk fest. No place for children. The staff in general are rude and don't follow thru with their policies. The only nice one I have met is Lacey. The maintenance is wonderful though.
All in all I feel really sad that the complex has went down hill and the renters that really care and try to be good are punished.
