I recently found this website and am shocked at the bad reviews. The Reserve at Dexter Lake has everything you could want in an apartment. The maintenance staff is wonderful and very responsive to maintenance orders. The office management is delightful. Over the past year I have found the office management to be nothing less than professional.
My suggestion is follow the rules and pay your rent on time and you would probably feel differently. I would recommend this property to anyone. I have recommended the property and even received a nice referral fee.
Keep up the good work Reserve!!!
