Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
This place is totally screwed up and doesn't have a clue what customer service is. Parking is nightmare, gates are normally open from not working then closed, noise level in apartments is horrendous.
One small pool for 1000 of people is ridiculous which was controlled by teenagers drinking day and night.
To top it off Rent Raises happen every opportunity, mgmt blame HQ and are rude in process, and Lacy minus well be a mute because she is totally useless.
one bright spot is maintenance men, they are responsive, friendly and followup on comitments
now I am in a totally new place and it is like heaven
