Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The reason why this apartment received a 2 instead of a 1 is because of their maintenance team. They are the best & only good thing going for them. The gates are constantly opened because of the repair work needed on them, the noise level is high (you will be awakened at night), the carpet & linoleum will be the cheapest material they could find, & prepare yourself to pay an additional bill for pest control.The spiders have been a constant complaint for me, I have seen the pest control people TWICE (but expect to pay their bill)
