Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Although there has been a number of complaints about one of the cars in the complex, management has not taken care of the situation for more than 4 months. Imagine a Red Camaro with crazy loud mufflers wakes you up night and day everyday and apartment management does not do anything tangible to stop this situation. We pay more than 900 dollars a month, which is well above the average in Memphis, and then here we are doomed to noise in our so-called luxury. When my contract is over I am not staying here for one more day!
