Noise is a serious problem in this complex. Staff does not take necessary resposibility for noise makers in the community. If you are having trouble with your neighbors at your current apartment because of your noisy mufflers or because of your reckless driving, then this is the BEST place for you to live in. Because no one from the apartment management says anything to you. Staff does not care even if you complain or not. Nice lake view but too expensive to wake up with teenagers' loud mufflers at 3:00am every morning.
