Not secure for $960 rent

Access to this apartment complex is supposed to be with controlled automatic gates. Gates are 90% of the time wide open to public :)
I don't know what is wrong with the gates but I almost do not use my access card as gates are not working. This is a serious security issue. I know of a friend who cancelled his contract since his motorcycle got stollen in Phase I of the complex. If you want secure and controlled access to the apartment you live, this is not exactly the right place to go for.
