I am from the Dallas area where there are literally Apartments Galore_meaning Thousands and I must say that the view and apartment surrounding of the lake is very nice and beautiful; however, the apartments towards the back of the complex are usually forgotten about, such as gigantic webs and wasp nest surrounding my doorway. The complex is nice, yet the upkeep of the side panaling and insect problem is a no go. Aside from all of that the management staff is horrible we won't call any names, but if need be I will exploite these names without hesitation. In simple terms apartment community great, upkeep could be better, management staff sucks....

Coming from the Dallas area and the apartment comunities I've lived in where there are repeatedly compitition, and the apartment communities are faced with challenges this would be unacceptable.

I was thinking of moving to Dexter Lake in the very near future. But, this review has really changed my mind. What gives with putting on a fascade on the front and not keeping the back neat? This is very discouraging to say the least. Please improve.
