I've only lived here for a month but it's so much better than the last two places I've lived. My roommate has lived here for a year and still loves it. The leasing staff hasn't been rude to us at all, and I live on the top floor so I can't vouch for the noise of upstairs neighbors. I feel very safe here. The location is great; there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, the interstate, and the mall close by. The only problems I've noticed are:
Gates are always broken
Dog poop scooping around the lake is not enforced
Cars and people in the parking lots are sometimes loud and can be heard through closed windows.
I've heard that the pool is always overcrowded.
