Public toilet for pets.

Would be nice but management does not empower its employees to talk to neighbors about cleaning up after their pets. It seems a sign telling residents to clean up should suffice. Meanwhile, people's pets roam freely at all hours with no sign of animal control. Don't bother telling management either. There never seems to be punishment for dirty residents letting their pets use the playgrounds and picnic areas as a public toilet.
