I went to the leasing office two months ago, and I was not acknowleged for nearly 5 mins, after which Courtney said "what you want'"...I thought she was speaking to somebody else since that is not the way you address a potential resident. Very unprofessional. When it came down to give me information, she went on about the Apartments she has available and didn't bother to find out what exactly I was looking for..she had no clue that the first rule in Customer Service was to "listen". Anyways I was not in a mood to take the tour. After a week I left a message for her and Tonya but up to this day they have not called me back...bad follow up. If you like the fish and the pond, it would be a good place for you to chill but not if you want good service.

This note from a few of the ladies that work in the front office. Reading this is both enlighting and upsetting. We really care about the prospective and current residents. There are times when it is physically impossible to return phone calls the same day. When we have people in the office we have to rely on messages and many times although we close at 6:00 we are here much later than that returning calls and doing paperwork. May I suggest that if you can, set an appointment with any of us. it will go much smoother as we can anticipate your visit and be prepared. Current residents, if you have any questions call your leasing consultant as they can get with who ever needs to address your concern. We appreciate all of you and really want to do an excellent job. If you have any suggestions let us know. Thanks

I have lived there for abour three years and the office staff has been very nice-no probs.
