I lived here for almost two years. In December 2004 I had my car stolen from inside this secured, gated community. I had no help or concern from the staff. The cameras where the car exited the property was not and had not been working since they changed to a new camera system. Their on-property security doesn't exist. I lived there for almost another year before I purchased a house.
Another problem I had was the parking was being recoated and they towed my 2004 Nissan out of their way so they could redo the lot without my consent. When confronted with this, they told me they sent out notices the day before, of which I didn't receive.
The final complaint is that the noise from above floors are outrageous. If you must stay here get the top floor, unless you're deaf or don't mind people stomping above you all the time.
