Live on the back side, Dog crap everywhere you walk. Must be a big drug area all the college kids and construction workers. So what if it has a gate people come and go all hours. My neighbors in 1454 are rude, loud druggies that have alot of traffic in and out. The cost is very high and the pool is small. Seems like the women are just there to be seen but are just so fake and snobbish. Can't wait to leave wish I hadn't signed another lease but timming was bad to move and I couldn't afford the month to month. Wish they'd screen there tenants and keep out the the young crowd the staff is all cute but dumb and rude

I don't know about everything that you said, but the pool, staff, and dog crap is correct. I am 23 and I consider my self to be young,so that particular part was a little offensive, but not bad because I don't keep up noise or sell drugs.
