I have been at the Reserve for several months and I hate it.THe office personal are rude.THe old man that rides the cart around looks for bikes that children leave out for a few mintues to go inside their homes FOR a drink of water or use the restroom! He takes the bikes away somewhere. Then you have to go ask for it back. Last week I was looking out the window when my son came in for a drink I watched the man take the bike.I didnt have time to stop him I wasnt dressed. Later when we went to get it he said he didnt have it!! THere is a resident who hooks on the property with her 15 year old redheaded daughter. How sick!! THe girl flashes her breast at teenaged boys and young boys!! Im moving I will never live in an apartment again!! Plus the aircondtioner freezes up all the time and the garbage disposal never has worked.THe other men who work at the Reserve are hard workers who deserve a pay raise. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I have trouble believing the part about the hooker, but we had problems with our A/C freezing up too. We just had to keep calling over and over again. The maintenance guys would come and temporarily fix it. Eventually they replaced the entire power unit and it worked fine after that.
