I lived at the Reserve for a year and a half and thought it was very nice, although a bit pricey. I agree that the office staff is rude, but the maintenance guys are very nice and super helpful. The grounds are kept up (except for the dog poop). The pool is a little small for all the residents living there. If you don't like waterfowl, don't live here. I never had a problem with noise but I lived on teh top floor.
