The only people who waste their time on here is to complain! I want to say this a waste of your time! Everyone goes through the same credentials to lease an apartment...So buzz off and get a LIFE! THe Reserve, like everywhere else has their problems occasionally, but the office and maintenance staff are on top of EVERYTHING! They help you when you need help, and they are always on your side!

If only the management here spent as much time doing their jobs as they do reviewing the reviewers! This post, like many others, is from management office personnel that would rather lie than work.
