i was excited to move here b/c i was very impressed at first. the lake is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. i had no problems with the staff and/or matinence. BUT my opinion changed quickly. i live on the top floor and my neighbors would smoke w**d and it would travel up the pipes to my apartment and i have young children. they would also play their rap music so loud it would shake my floor and set off my kids toys. i complained several times both verbally and written and nothing happened. finally, they moved and i had a break for a couple of months and then someone else moved in who plays loud music and has people over frequently. the music is not as loud, but it is more often and just as annoying. walls are thin all the way around i can here people from all sides and it is very annoying. the people moving in have really gotten much worse. just 2 nights ago i saw 2 kids on skateboards (not over 14 yrs old) carrying cases of beer. the kids here are really a problem. bottom line this may be a great place if you are young and single, but it's NOT a place for a family.
