Ok I've lived here for six months and I've loved every minute. More than half of these people complaining are probably old and don't have a life. For those who have complaints about loudness, I live right by the skating rink and IT IS NOT LOUD! The person below blared his rap music one time, I wrote a complaint, never happened again. And for all of you that complain about the staff being arrogant and lazy must expect to be treated like royalty, the staff here has been nothing but nice and extremely fast to respond to any problems I have had. I have had no problems with bugs, you know why' Because I clean my apartment up. Back to the noise complaints, we do not live in a rural area, we live in a city! This is an apartment complex! You might here your neighbors or the people above you walk around. Some people complain about the noisy traffic on germantown pkwy, I have never been woken up because of that so-called "traffic". If your looking for a place to live this is the place, it's quiet, convenient, the staff is extremely courteous, it's gated, the grounds are kept up, and everything about this place is awesome. If you are a person looking to move, do not listen to all these complaints, like I said earlier half of these people complaining are old and just find things to complain about.
