The grounds are beautiful as long as you don't have to drive by the piles of trash by the dumpsters every day. There is dog poop everywhere and I have a neighbor with dogs that bark a lot. Make sure you don't move in next to someone with a barking dog. Our upstairs neighbors have a child and all we hear is their child running around and jumping at all hours of the day and night. When we call to complain it takes the staff so long to show up that there is no noise or sometimes they don't show up at all.
Maintenance and pest control are both not respecting of my cats and if you ask them to notify you prior to entering your apartment they will ignore your request. I also have found a dead rouch in our apartment. When I moved in I had to have the office staff clean my apartment because it wasn't clean and had crap in the toilets.
If you request a repair from the office staff it will take several follow up phone calls in order to get them to actually put a work order in for the repair. When maintenance comes to fix the repair they will just leave you a note saying that there is nothing wrong or do a poor job fixing the problem. We have lived here 8 months and have repairs that we are still complaining about since we moved in.
My car was hit in the parking lot by another tennant, it was a hit and run. My door mat, and some of my neighbor's door mats, have been stolen by a group of teenagers that live in the area.
Whe I purchased a gate opener it took the office 3 weeks to get it to work after several visits to the office and phone calls.
I have spoken with the office managers in order to get some type of resolve for our issues and all we have gotten was an I'm sorry.
