I have lived at the Reserve for a year and can honestly not think of anything negative to say. I consider myself a harsh critic, but everything about my stay here has been at the very least satisfactory. I locked in a rate of $755/month for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1152 sq. foot apartment (an amazing deal for an apartment in Cordova...or anywhere really). Since I have lived at the Reserve I have not had a single maintenance issue or noise complaint. I have always been able to park right in front of my building. The landscape has been kept very neat and clean. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though they only see me once a month when I come to pay my rent, they know me by name and always ask how I'm doing. I have lived in several different apartments and the Reserve is, by far, my favorite. When you are reading the negative reviews about the Reserve, please keep in mind that at some point there will be a resident here or there that has a problem. The Reserve has over 700 apartments on property and yet they always manage to stay close to capacity. That really says something about the quality of living here.
