I moved to the Reserve At Dexter Lake in September 2007 from South Carolina. I was looking for a peaceful place to live in my transition. My Leasing Agent Tonya Anderson and Jerimiah were wonderful. I will always remember their mannerism and their professionalism. I am impressed with the Staff and the community. The Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. I have not had any problems getting maintenance to repair anything. The Reserve is warm community to live in. I love the view of the lake and the grounds are well kept. There is a special calmness when you enter the gates. My apartment is so special and it seems like it was made just for me. I am glad that I choose The Reserve At Dexter Lake.

Unfortunately, the office staff can post propaganda as often as they like. Before you rent here, tour the property at night - after 6 pm - and see the pool area on a weekend - Sat and/or Sun afternoons. In so doing, you will get a true representation of this property; aka, Jekyll and Hyde.
