I have a degree in Home/Building Inspection, and I decided to move in with a friend to save some money. Boy what a mistake, these people only care about you signing a contract. Maintenance is a joke, where did you get these guys' The apartment was made out of the cheapest garbage I have seen in my 12 yrs. of inspection, with no insulation at all. If thin walls, med.-high rent, too many neighbors with barking dogs, and a shifty Manager/Company is what you're looking for, WELCOME HOME!
